DESERT FLOWER

The desert flower image is based off of Isaiah 35:1.

Death Valley in California is one of the hottest places on earth. One area of the park has the hottest air temperature ever recorded. And yet the Eureka Valley Evening Primrose grows in a small area of dunes only in Death Valley. They are white and turn pink as they mature. So it seemed the appropriate one to illustrate for Isaiah 35. Amazing what God grows and protects in the desert to remind us He is coming one day to redeem it all.
